Once connected, our state-of-the-art system will automatically analyse your existing system and convert everything to Odoo with perfection. You will get an email when its ready, this can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 hours depending on how much data you have in your old system
3. Launch
Your Odoo database has been created, it's now time to get in and take a look.
Verify - You will be able to see verifcation reports for your accounting trial balance for all your historical data, verification for every product, invoice, sale order, and more to make sure it's perfect
Explore - Follow along with the great training videos at odoo.com and test this out on your new Odoo database. Don't worry external emails are all disabled so you won't accidentally email test orders to your customers (although wouldn't it be amazing if they accepted those test quotes!)
Go-live - When you are ready you can run your conversion again with your latest data, pay to unlock your database in our system so that you can run it on Odoo Online, Odoo SH or with any Odoo partner.
